How To Care For Your Pillowcase
Washing
To keep your silk pillowcase soft, smooth, and long-lasting, we recommend hand washing in cold or lukewarm water with a gentle, pH-neutral detergent. This preserves the natural sheen of the silk and protects the delicate fibres.
If preferred, you can machine wash on a delicate cycle using cold water and a wash bag, but hand washing will always give the best results and extend the life of your pillowcase.
After washing, gently press out excess water with a clean towel (avoid wringing or twisting) and lay flat to hang up to air dry, away from direct heat or sunlight.
Ironing & Steaming
To soften any creases, lightly steam your pillowcase while hanging. If you prefer to iron, use the lowest heat setting and always place a clean cloth between the iron and the silk, never iron directly on the fabric.

Momme is the weight and density measurement for silk, similar to thread count for cotton. At 22 momme, our silk is luxuriously thick yet breathable, ideal for daily use and long-term durability.
